Big area and they were quick to wash it out but the guy doing it wasn't to friendly.

Why the put number when no one is answering
I've been here 4 times!! The 1st time I was lucky and Came in the afternoon and I was able to get my truck washed!! Every other time I've come at all different points of the day and everytime I was denied Service. The excuses were as follows. 1. He was too busy. 2. He was by himself and had no helper. 3. I figured call ahead and see if he was busy asked if I could get a wash in 1hr. The Response was a flat NO!!! 4. Pulled up at 3:52 and asked if I could get a wash. The response was...No..were closed. Despite the sign saying open. I asked what time do you close?? He says 4:00pm!!! Obviously he can't tell time because as I opened my phone both he and I could see it was not 4:00pm!! I understand it takes time to wash a truck especially with no assistance from a helper but you chose this profession. If you don't want to do it then quit hire or find someone who will!! That was the last time I will ever offer this establishment my business!!! Their customer service skills SUCK!!!
